Nut-Free Jam Tart
1 cup salted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 cups rolled oats (not the quick kind)
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup Emma’s Pantry Triple Berry Jam or other favorite
Oven to 400. Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Reserve 1 1/2-2 cups of mixture. Press the rest into a greased tart pan (or 9×13 baking dish if you’d rather). Spread the jam across. Sprinkle reserved mixture on top and bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool entirely before cutting into wedges.
